“Jacqueline Depaul was a 38-year-old IT consultant when she decided to shake things up a bit — by trying fashion modeling. Thirty-eight isn’t the usual age to jump into a youth-obsessed industry, but for Depaul, this new side gig wasn’t about being the best — it was about trying something new.
“Depaul is one of many people in their 40s who report greater happiness now than when they were younger — in keeping with a 25-year study released this month by the University of Alberta.”
